I figured it would be nice for you all to have some sort of basic explanation about what cardio means and why it is important in your training. That is why I made this post!
I will kick off with explaining what cardio is and what the different types of are. Next I’ll give some examples of how to use it as warm-up for strength training. And last, but not least, I’ll give you all the many awesome reasons why cardio is good for you!
