We all know that abs are made in the kitchen. Most people think this means denying everything you like to eat and living on just chicken, rice and broccoli or even just a salad. Well, let me tell you: they are dead wrong!

I like cooking and trying new stuff out, even though I am a picky eater. When I cook I trust my intuition. Usually I mingle some stuff together and it turns out fine almost (almost) all the time.
